Although they respond to their emails, it would be helpful if they had more embedded and online help, we also could not access their user forum.

This website traffic service offers extensive conversion reporting abilities. It can relate conversions stats by search engine, keyword(s), domain, URL, country, campaign and more. It also computes campaign ROI and can sort revenue by referrer and search engine.

When you view the referrer reports you can also see the number of transactions per referrer as well as the total revenue per referrer and these reports can be magnified to expose the exact referring page. The only type of report they do not include is sales per product.

Statistics:

This service offers some of the best statistics reports we could find and most of them can be drilled down on to reveal minute details such as physical addresses, IPs, organizations and routing data.

In terms of visitor information, this is the most thorough service available. You can track not only region, country and language, but also system information like browser and screen resolutions.

3DStats can track useful page statistics such as entry and exit pages as well as most requested and popular click paths. It can also furnish reports on exit links and downloaded pages.

Other Features:

With 3DStats you can easily sort by day, week, month or year and they make it easy to manage multiple accounts. They also provide email alerts, password protected reports and support unique queries. Most reports can be exported to Excel.

Technical Help/Support:

We would like to see more support options offered by 3DStats, we tried their email support and they responded within a week. Their support is limited to embedded help and email. They list a forum on their website but we could not get the link to work. However, they do post a fax number for technical and purchase inquires.
