Web Analytics has the ability to track, organize and show how many people are visiting your site, how long those individuals are spending on the site, and the total revenue generated. It can also view campaigns launched by email and through banners, Google Ad Words, Yahoo Search Marketing, by search term and more.

Statistics:  

Detailed page statistics are included with this service, including the ability to report entry and exit pages and click paths. From what we can tell, this version only tracks unique visitors and their location; but does not track particulars such as IP addresses or user languages, two important things to look at in regards to monitoring click fraud.

Other Features:  

This service offers a good set of sorting and labeling tools as well as the ability to track most page types within a single domain. You can also compare visitor segments with the help of color-coded reports highlighting the behavior of different groups visiting your site.

Reports can easily be exported to an Excel or PDF file and unique to this service, pages are displayed along side their reports so you can easily identify tracked pages.
 

Technical Help/Support:  

Web Analytics offers extensive online help and support including FAQs, a searchable knowledgebase, tutorials, webinars and updates. They also provide live IM, email and telephone support and they post support policies and product news. Inside the program there are indexed help topics, articles, tips and a troubleshooting guide.

Lyris HQ Web Analytics offers good conversion reporting and is easy to use; however, if you need more visitor information you may want to consider 3DStats.
