ClickTracks Analyzer offers several page limit packages, for $25 per month you can get 50,000 page views, or if you opt for the yearly contract, the traffic analyzer only cost $19 per month. If you have a high traffic site you can get up to 150,000 page views for $179 per month and you can add additional websites for a one–time fee of $40 and page views from all sites are added into one page view total.

We found ClickTracks to be effortless to use and the reports can be easily exported; however, the analyzer version offers limited visitor information.

Ecommerce Statistics:  

ClickTracks offers some of the best revenue and campaign tracking. Analyzer has the ability to track campaigns launched by email and through banners, Google Ad Words, Yahoo Search Marketing, by search term and more.

Although, the version we looked at tracked conversions, the Pro version also computes ROI and offers more specific conversion reports.

Statistics:  

Detailed page statistics are included with this service, including the ability to report entry and exit pages and click paths. From what we can tell, this version only tracks unique visitors and their location; but does not track particulars such as IP addresses or user languages, so it is a poor choice for monitoring click fraud. This service tracks few technology stats.

Other Features:  

This service offers a good set of sorting and labeling tools as well as the ability to track most page types within a single domain. This version is intended for one domain, but other versions can handle sites that have multiple domains.

Reports can easily be exported to an Excel or PDF file and unique to this service, pages are displayed along side their reports so you can easily identify tracked pages.

Technical Help/Support:  

ClickTracks offers extensive online help and support including FAQs, a searchable knowledgebase, tutorials, webinars and updates. They also provide live IM, email and telephone support and they post support policies and product news. Inside the program there are indexed help topics, articles, tips and a troubleshooting guide.

Summary:  

This website traffic analyzing service offers good conversion reporting and is easy to use; however, if you need more visitor information you may want to look at their Pro version or consider 3DStats.
